Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
We aim to have all packages dispatched within 1/2 working days after the day of receipt of payment.
Packages are shipped via An Post with tracking & text alert. Deliveries are made in all areas Monday to Friday, and in urban areas on Saturdays.
The following options are available on your parcel through the An Post hub;

Please allow three working days for delivery after the package leaves us before contacting about a shipment.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will have special care is taken to protect fragile objects. If you use an external drop off point, once we have handed it to them, damages need to go through them, as it has been handed over to them and signed off in proper condition. We are not responsible for damages or losses incurred where you have given the courier permission to leave the parcel for you.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Flat rate Irish shipping : €7.50.
PARCELS ARE SUBJECT TO A MAX WEIGHT OF 20kg IN ALL AREAS, AND A MAX SIZE. RUNNING OVER SIZE / WEIGHT WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
PLEASE NOTE ; IF AN ORDER IS DISPATCHED, AND THEN RETURNED TO US AFTER MULTIPLE FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, WE CAN ONLY REFUND THE COST OF PRODUCTS, NOT SHIPPING COSTS, AS THESE WILL HAVE TO BE PAID. MAXIMUM DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND HOLD-OVER TIMES VARY IN DIFFERENT AREAS, TWO DELIVERY ATTEMPTS MAY BE MADE.
Damage to parcels must be notified immediately to both the couriers and ourselves, with photo evidence of the damages. If an item is damaged or missing and we are not informed within 12 hours of receipt of package we cannot refund the item. In the event of a damaged item, we may need to take it back before arranging a replacement / refund. We do not replace dented cans. We will always need photographic evidence. Tracking numbers are provided on dispatch, and can be traced through An Post. We must be informed within 24 hours of a misdelivery or we cannot replace items. In the event of a single damaged item or two in a parcel, these will be refunded, we do not re-ship individual items. Unfortunately sometimes things may show as in stock, but be out of stock. If an item is out of stock at time of postage, it will be refunded to the original payment method at time of dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
